Shipping & Payments

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Your order will only ship once payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, a shipping notification email containing a tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check out with our standard flat rate shipping.

Orders will be shipping from our fulfilment warehouse located in New Jersey, United States.

A physical address must be provided for all orders to be shipped. We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

All prices are listed in $USD.

TAXES

Taxes are only applied to orders delivered in the New Jersey State.

Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be in original complete packaging, including inserts and tags
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged
  • Product is not what you ordered

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

We only allow one-time refund per order.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Shipping Items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with tracking capabilities with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs; unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Does not apply to if product is defective, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered.
