Holidays are best to be celebrated with friends and family. Here are few recipes below that people of all ages will love when it comes to summertime holiday celebrations. It’s also just as fun (almost) to make as to eat! We recommend combining and serving the ingredients in our line of tableware. Enjoy!
- 1/4 cup Bombay Sapphire gin
- Fresh raspberries, to serve
- Berry sorbet, to serve
- Chilled sparkling wine, to serve
Step 1-Divide the gin among 2 BOMSHBEE Angle Bell Highball glasses. Add the raspberries and use a fork to lightly crush.
Step 2-Add the sorbet and top with sparkling wine.
- Fresh watermelon
- Mexican chili lime seasoning (recommend the Chilito brand, but others are good too)
- Fresh mint
- Juice of one large or two small limes
Step 1- Cube watermelon and place cubes in bowl, seeding as you go.
Step 2-Liberally sprinkle the chili lime seasoning to taste on the watermelon.
Step 3- Chop the mint into small pieces, carefully removing all stems, and add to watermelon. Toss.
Step 4- Squeeze the juice of the limes over the watermelon. Toss again and serve immediately. Delicious!
- 8 plain chocolate cookies, broken into pieces
- 1 orange
- 250g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
- 60ml (1/4 cup) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Step 1– Process the cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a bowl. Clean the food processor.
Step 2- Finely grate the rind of half the orange. Use a zester to zest the remaining orange half. Juice the orange.
Step 3- Process the cream cheese, condensed milk, finely grated orange rind and 2 tablespoons of orange juice in the food processor until smooth.
Step 4– Divide the cream cheese mixture among 4 BOMSHBEE Angle Bold DOF or Optic DOF glasses. Top with the cookie crumbs and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until chilled. Top with the orange zest.
